COMMENTS:

My life has been full of wonderful people and beautiful places. I’ve done a lot of traveling since first stepping foot out of Ohio on our Senior Class Trip back in ‘67. I’ve been fortunate to live in many diverse and lovely locations over the years. It seems I’ve been a bit of a vagabond. I’ve enjoyed life in New York, New Jersey, Martha’s Vineyard, Massachusetts, Michigan, Florida and currently in California. My husband, Conroy, is a great guy, and is also from Ohio (Painesville). We met at Ohio University. I have one son, Nicholas Hiatt, age 22, from marriage to Mickey. His son, also named Nicholas, is the apple of my eye. We love golf and art.

Memories: My memories from MHS and life in Metamora are all good. We were lucky to grow up in such and innocent and free era. Every time I hear an “oldie” like the Beatles “Twist & Shout” or James Brown’s “Papas got a Brand New Bag” I immediately envision Bobby Noe dancing at the Swanton Coliseum. He could really do the “jerk” and the “Mashed Potatoes”. We had a lot of fun!

Gloria sends her regrets, but stated she would be with us in Spirit and looks forwards to reading and hearing about everyone.
