COMMENTS:

I work at Hewlett-Packard as a Technician II. I am finally getting my degree in May of 2008. Things did not work out with going to school after graduation so it has been a long time coming. Hewlett-Packard paid for my education so at least that part has been good.

Once we bought our 6 acres (36 miles NE of Colorado Springs) I gave up hunting for gardening. I really got into the landscaping thing. I put in a pond (dug it myself) that I enjoy daily…it is so relaxing to go out there and feed the fish and sip on an ice tea. My husband still hunts and together we fish, four wheeling in the mountains on our ATV and do a lot of camping. We of course out grew the tent camping and have a 5th wheel that suits our age. ?

Memories:
I remember being in Algebra class with Mr. Bitter when he noticed someone was chopping the heads off of some chickens across the field from the school building. Since he was also the Biology teacher he sent someone (not sure who) over to retrieve a chicken head for dissection in his Biology class. That was just how Mr. Bitter did things, off the cuff so to speak.

(Written on May 29, 2017) Dave and I are both retired now and spend the winters (6mo) in Why AZ. We spend time in Mexico during those six month away from CO. We actually live in Elbert CO but mailing address is Peyton CO. Love living in the country. Been back to country living for 21 years now.
